Making your own wine is fun and easy. Grapes in this vineyard come with wild yeasts that will ferment mead, pyment (an ancient mead made with grapes) and an amazingly delicious magenta-purple wine.


After six months to a year, your efforts will be rewarded with lovely glasses full of your home-made wine using all Brentwood/Knightsen-grown ingredients, including the yeast.
